Tiffing is an experimental supper club hosted by BAMBOO London with some of the UK’s finest chefs.
By Invitation only, Tiffing is held monthly, in eclectic and unusual venues, where small groups of guests will participate in a unique culinary experience, a fusion of eating and drinking in a holistic encounter that goes beyond ordinary dining.
BAMBOO London has worked closely with top chefs to develop an approach to pairing food and drink, especially mixed drinks, that attempts to craft extraordinary unions rather than just matches. We create both the dish and drink, ingredient by ingredient, as two halves of one whole.
